The Contractor is required to provide to Canada, on behalf of the Canadian Armed Forces, Thermal Lightweight Blankets for training and Operational requirement in accordance with the SOW, Specification and all applicable documents, drawing 1075077, patterns and sealed samples.

Technical data will be sent, under separate cover, upon request for the bid documents. Therefore, it is imperative that this request for the bid documentation be done as soon as possible to ensure timely receipt of the associated technical data. However, the Crown shall not be held responsible for untimely release of technical data, 

In order to receive the TDP, the bidder must return a signed copy of Annex E to the Contracting Authority.  The TDP will not be released to any bidder without receipt of the Non-disclosure Agreement. 

Firm Quantity: 
This requirement is forna firm quantity of:
Item 1: Thermal Blanket, Lightweight, Sleeping System, CADPAT Multi Terrain (MT): Qty: 12,000

Option:
This requirement also includes an option for a total estimated quantity (Y1to Y5) of 65,000 Thermal Blanket, Lightweight, Sleeping System, CADPAT Multi Terrain (MT) and 10,000 Thermal Blanket, Lightweight, Sleeping System, CADPAT Temperate Woodland (TW) exercisable during a period of 60 months from the contract award date

The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated aggregate price will be recommended for award of a contract (1 contract only).  Evaluation will be established using the firm quantities for all items, including all destinations and 100% of the option quantities 

Canadian Content: This requirement is subject to the Canadian
Content Policy and is solely limited to Canadian goods.
