The Contractor shall grade patterns, cut all necessary shirt parts, and prepare and sew on the items listed in the Work Description section at appendix "A". 4,050 long-sleeved men's shirts in 2 colours (white, light blue) 4,150 short-sleeved men's shirts in 2 colours (white, light blue) 300 long-sleeved women's shirts in 2 colours (white, light blue) 485 short-sleeved women's shirts in 2 colours (white, light blue) Delivery The items are to be delivered to CORCAN - Drummond Institution in Drummondville, Québec. To be delivered complete by August 30, 2012. Option Quantity This requirement also includes an option quantities which must be for a minimum quantity of 50% up to a maximum of 100% distributed amongst the item by the Contracting Authority and will be evidenced for administrative purposes only, through a contract amendment. The Contracting Authority may exercise the option within 24 months after contract award date by sending a written notice to the Contractor.. Usage of Government Supplied Material Government supplied Material (GSM) must be used in the manufacture of the items. Material required in addition to that estimated below must be purchased from Canada at the price indicated. White cotton (35% cotton and 65% polyester) at $2.35/m Blue Cotton (35% cotton and 65% polyester) at $3.50/m Enquiries: To assure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received by the Contracting Authority at least 7 calendar days prior to the bid closing date. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
