Nature of Requirements: 

REQUIREMENT:
The Department of National Defense (DND) has an urgent requirement for Cloth Face Coverings. The Cloth Face Coverings must be made in accordance with the DND Statement of Work.

FIRM QUANTITY: 120,000 units 

OPTION QUANTITY:
This requirement also includes an option with an estimated quantity of up to 600,000 units. The option may be exercised within 48 months after contract award date. The Option can be exercised at Canada’s sole discretion.

PRE-AWARD SAMPLES AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION:
Pre-award samples and supporting documentation must be submitted at the date and time of bid closing and at the location indicated in the Request for Proposal.

AWARD
Canada reserves the right to award up to three contracts.

DELIVERY
The first delivery of the firm quantity is requested for May 21, 2020 and completed by June 30, 2020.

ENQUIRIES:
To ensure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received by the Contracting Authority at least 4 calendar days prior to the bid closing date.
