REQUIREMENT:
The Contractor is required to provide Service Canada Western Territories (W-T) Region branded sleeveless vests for employees in the Citizen Services Branch (CSB) and the Program Delivery Branch (PDB) in accordance with the specification at section A.5, the Artwork at Annex B and the size roll at Annex C. 

The requirement is detailed in the solicitation documents (pdf) available at the bottom of the page.

FIRM QUANTITY: 1,152 units 

AS AND WHEN REQUESTED QUANTITY (special sizes) :
This requirement also includes an estimated quantity of up to 11 units for special sizes that can be ordered on an as and when requested basis within 12 months after contract award date.

DELIVERY
The delivery of the firm quantity must be completed within 90 calendar days from the effective date of the Contract.

PRE-AWARD SAMPLES AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION:
Pre-award sample must be submitted at the date and time of bid closing and at the location indicated in the Request for Proposal as per section 4.1.1.

ENQUIRIES:
To ensure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received by the Contracting Authority at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the bid closing date.
