Nature of Requirements: 
This cancels and supercedes the previous Request for Proposal
W8485-126077/A, dated November 7, 2011, which was due at 2pm on
December 16, 2011.


Requirement:
The Contractor is required to provide the Department of National
Defence with:

1)Bladder Assembly, Life Preserver in accordance with Part
Number #0115230-1 and  
   #0115240-1

2)Cover, Life Preserver (Inflation Shell) in accordance with
Part Number #0115221-1 and 
   #0115210-1

No substituttes will be accepted.

Quantity:
200 Bladder Assembly and 200 Covers for Life Preservers to be
delivered to Edmonton, Alberta.

Delivery:
It is requested that the delivery be complete June 22, 2012.

Enquiries:
To assure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries
about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received
by the Contracting Authority at least 7 calendar days prior to
the bid closing date.
