Requirement:
This requirement is to procure 4 Cooker Steams Commercial be
delivered to Halifax, Nova Scotia and 4 Cooker Steams Commercial
be delivered to Vicotria, British Columbia for the Ministry of
National Defence (MND).

The dimension of any proposed equivalent products must be the
same as the 24-CEM-24 440V-480V. All connections such as
hook-ups for water and foot pads must be at the same place as
the 24-CEM-24 440V-480V. These Cooker Steams are to be installed
on ships and the ship space is very limited. Any equivalent
products offered must offer a seamlessly replacement of the
existing 24-CEM-24 440V-480V on the ship.

All firm deliverables are requested complete by March 31, 2015.
All deliveries received after that date will be refused.

Shipping Instructions - Delivery at Destination:
1.   Goods must be consigned to the destination specified in the
Contract and delivered:

 (a)	Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) Esquimalt, BC and Halifax, NS
incoterms 2000 for shipments from commercial 	contractor.

Delivery - Appointments:
The Contractor must make deliveries to Canadian Forces (CF)
Supply Depots by appointment only.  The Contractor or its
carrier must arrange delivery appointments by contacting the
Depot Traffic Section at the appropriate location shown below. 
The consignee may refuse shipments when prior arrangements have
not been made.

Enquiries:
All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting
Authority no later than seven (7) calendar days before the bid
closing date. Enquiries received after that time may not be
answered.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
