The requirement is for a maximum of 6 standing offers (NISO) for the supply and delivery to the Department ofNational Defence (DND) of mountain climbing safety equipment, on an as-and-when-required basis.

The duration of the Standing Offer (SO) is for a period of three (3) years from date of issuance, with three (3) additional one-year options.

Trade Agreements
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

Delivery Date
Delivery must be completed in accordance with the call-up against the Standing Offer.

ENQUIRIES
All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Standing Offer Authority no later than seven (7) calendardays before the Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) closing date. Enquiries received after that time may not be answered.
