Requirement:
This requirement is for the establishment of a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for CORCAN-Correctional Service Canada, Matsqui Institution, Abbotsford, B.C, Mountain Institution, Agassiz, B.C and Drummondville Institution, Drummondville, Quebec for the supply of cotton/polyester fabric (sheeting). The estimated usage is 25,000 metres per institution, per year.  Only one (1) RISO may be issued as a result of this RFSO.

The item must be manufactured in accordance with the following technical requirements:

Fabric, 50% Cotton/50% Polyester, Percale, 200 thread count. 
Colour: White: Pantone 11-0601 TC Bright white. 
Weight: 120 grams per square meter (+/- 3%) 
Width: 108"-110"
Plain edge (selvage) 

Fabric must be rolled full width on tubes - NOT folded. 
Fabric rolls must have a minimum of 90 meters to a maximum of 110 meters per roll.
Maximum 3 joins per roll. 

Period of Standing Offer
The Standing Offer will be valid from the date of issuance of the Standing Offer for a period of one (1) year with the possibility to extend for two (2) additional one-year period.

Orders
Orders will be issued on an "as & when requested" basis from the date of issuance of the Standing Offer for a period of one (1) year.

Delivery:
Delivery must be completed within 60 calendar days from receipt of the call-up document. The fabric must be delivered to CORCAN Institutions.

Mandatory Technical Criteria
The bidder must submit a Certificate of Compliance from the fabric manufacturer with their bid.

Canadian Content Policy:
This requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian goods. If two (2) + bids offer Canadian goods, other bids will not be considered.

Enquiries
To ensure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received by the Contracting Authority at least 7 calendar days prior to the bid closing date.
