Nature of Requirements: 

1-Requirement:
This requirement is for the establishment of a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for CORCAN Industries-Correctional Service Canada for the supply of foam mattresses product (Fire-Resistant Neoprene Compound and convulated Cushioning Core).
The estimated quantity is 13,050 unit per year.

2-Technical Requirements:
The items must meet the technical requirements specified at Annex "A" of the Request for Standing Offer (RFSO).

3-Period of Standing Offer:
The Standing Offer will be valid from the date of issuance of the Standing Offer for a period of one (1) year with the possibility to extend for three (3) additional one-year periods.

4-Delivery:
Delivery must be completed in accordance with the terms specified in the Standing Offer. Items are to be delivered in the following Canadian location: Federal Training Centre, Dorchester Institution, Atlantic Institution and Drumheller Institution.

5-Tendering Procedure and Basis of Selection: 
-Canadian Content Policy: This requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian goods. If two (2)+ bids offer Canadian goods, other bids will not be considered.
- The Phased Bid Compliance Process (PBCP) applies to this requirement. 
- Refer to Part 4 of the Solicitation Document for details.

6-Enquiries:

7-This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in both official languages.
