Description of the requirement:
The Department of National Defence Search and Rescue (SAR)
Secretariat has a requirement for a SAR Knowledge Management
System to support the National 
SAR Capability.

Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of the contract shall be for a two-year
period with a one-year option.
