Requirement: Contraband Field Inspection Kit

Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has a requirement for two Contraband Field Inspection Kits to be used by Border Services Officers at Canadian ports of entry for the inspection of various conveyances and commodities. 

The Contraband Field Inspection Kits will be procured in accordance with and as described in Annex A of the Request for Proposal (RFP). 

Bids will be assessed against mandatory requirements. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated bid price will be recommended for award of a contract.

The Resulting Contract will have an irrevocable option to purchase: a) additional Contraband Field Inspection Kits until 31 March 2020; and b) Training for the "kits", on an "as and when requested" basis, until 31 March 2020.

Delivery of the initial two Kits must be received no later than March 31, 2018.
