National Research Council Canada has a requirement for a bench-top electrospinning machine system for the fabrication of nanofiber and nanoparticle membranes. The system will be used for performing the proof-of-concept and feasibility studies of new materials and formulations and developing nanofiber and nanoparticle membranes for functional devices. 

The contractor must provide all of the following:

- one bench top electrospinning machine system with all hardware which includes temperature and humidity sensors and a ventilation fan and a system control interface with software;
- all accessories; exhaust ports and power supply with delivery and transportation to National Research Council Canada 1200 Montreal Rd, Ottawa, ON;
- one set of tools specific to the electrospinning machine system for maintenance purpose; 
- installation of the electrospinning machine system at National Research Council Canada 1200 Montreal Rd, Ottawa, ON;
- one copy of the technical documentation on the operation and maintenance of the electrospinning machine system  in English in hard copy or electronic format;
- a complete and detailed list of consumable parts required for normal operation of the system;
- on-site training at National Research Council Canada 1200 Montreal Rd, Ottawa, ON; and
- one year warranty including on-site Verification, Calibration, Repair and Maintenance and support Services.
