This amendment has been raised to edit the RFSO French title. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE RFSO REMAIN UNCHANGED. 

This requirement is to establish a National Master Standing Offer (NMSO) for the supply of sexual assault evidence kit (biology) and sexual assault evidence kit (toxicology), to Authorized Users, on an as and when requested basis for a three year period from date of issuance with an option to extend for up to an additional three one year periods.

Authorized Users are the following:

Federal Identified Users

The Identified Users authorized to make call-ups against the Standing Offer include any government department, agency or Crown corporation listed in Schedules I, I.1, II, III, of the Financial Administration Act, R.S., 1985, c. F-11.

Provincial/Territorial Identified Users

The resulting NMSO will also be available for use by the following Provincial/Territorial Identified Users;

The Government of the Province of Prince Edward Island 
The Government of the Province of Ontario
The Government of the Province of Manitoba including:
o Prairie Mountain Health, MB 
o Southern Health, MB 
o Interlake Eastern Regional Health Authority, MB 
o Northern Regional Health Authority, MB 
o Winnipeg Regional Health Authority, MB 
o Shared Health Manitoba, MB 
o City of Brandon, MB 
o City of Winnipeg, MB
