Trade Agreement: NAFTA / FTAs with Peru / Colombia / Panama / Korea Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Canmet Mining has a requirement for an automated chemical analyzer using flow injection analysis and scanning capabilities. The automated chemical analyzer using flow injection analysis system and scanning capabilities (including random access autosampling system) must include all of the following components with specifications described herein: A. Option to upgrade the system with the purchase of an automated dilution system (as further described herein) at any point within the first 5 years; B. Option to upgrade the system with the purchase of a column-suppressed ion chromatography unit (as further described herein) at any point within the first 5 years; C. One (1) laptop computer with the licensed control software installed; D. On-site installation and calibration of the automated chemical analyzer using flow injection analysis system and scanning capabilities, at Canmet Mining 555 Booth Street in Ottawa; E. On-site training for 3 persons in English covering system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting; F. Operating and training manuals (one each) in English; G. One 1 year warranty including parts, labor and maintenance and support services which must include all provisions specified under Section 5 - Warranty, Maintenance and Support Services below. H. Five year Software upgrades as further described herein; and I. Five year Support Services (including both telephone and internet support, reply within 24 hours) during North American business hours. As further described herein. Delivery, installation and on-site training are detailed below: a) The contractor must deliver the automated chemical analyzer system on or before March 31st,2018. b) The contractor must complete the installation of the automated chemical analyzer system within 14 days of delivery date. c) The contractor must provide on-site training within 7 calendar days of installation. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
