Environment and Climate Change Canada’s (ECCC) Emissions Research and Measurement Section has a requirement for the supply of one portable raw exhaust gaseous emissions measurement system, including all ancillary items to be delivered in Ottawa, ON.

This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number K8A21-190209/A dated 2018-11-01 with a closing of 2019-01-18 at 14h00. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders who bid on the previous solicitation.

This bid solicitation is limited tendering for a period of 10 days in accordance with North American Free Trade Agreement Article 1016 Limited tendering Procedures paragraph 2, a. An entity may use limited tendering in the absence of confomr tenders in response to an open or selective call for tenders.
