The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has a requirement for the supply and delivery of Inspection Kits and individual components to be delivered to multiple CFIA locations across Canada on an as and when required basis in accordance with the mandatory specifications in the Request for Proposal. These Inspection Kits and kit components will be used by CFIA Inspectors to swab surfaces (either food contact or non-food contact surfaces) in manufacturing establishments in order to determine the potential risk of the manufactured foods being contaminated with pathogens, such as Listeria monocytogenes.  The contract will be for a three year period.

This amendment 001 is raised to change the Time Zone from Eastern Standard Time (EST) to Eastern Daylight Saving Time (EDST). 

This amendment is raised to extend the bid closing date from April 27, 2016 to May 9, 2016.
