Delivery will be made to the Department of National Defence, Richmond, Ontario and must be received on or before March 31, 2013. The High Speed camera must meet all the mandatory technical requirements stated in the RFP as attached in Annex A. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
