This requirement is for: Transport Canada

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under FP920-170006 who qualified under the following optional requirements:
O1, O2, O5, O6, O8, O11, O12, O13, O14, O15, O19 and O20.

The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal:
1) Jasco
2) Ocean Sonics
3) RTSYS
4) Turbulent Research

Requirement:
Transport Canada requires the lease and deployment of 2 autonomous acoustic recorders by September 1,2019 to measure ambient acoustic emissions by whales. The requirement also includes the option for the lease and deployment of more autonomous acoustic recorders, as detailed in the Request for Proposal.

Applicable Trade Agreements:
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
