    The Canadian Conservation Institute (CCI) requires a dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) instrument with relative humidity control to study the thermos-mechanical properties of materials in heritage collections and products used for conservation treatment. The requirement must include all of the following:
    
    - One (1) Dynamic Mechanical Analyzer;
    - One (1) Humidity Chamber with a humidity generator;
    - One (1) Sample Clamping Kit;
    - One (1) Set of Calibration Materials;
    - One (1) Liquid Nitrogen Cooling System;
    - One (1) User’s Manual;
    - Associated software;
    - Installation; and
    - Warranty for one (1) year.
     
    The requirement also includes the option to purchase the following additional deliveries on an as and when requested basis:
    
    - On-site training
    
    Delivery must occur on or before March 15, 2021.
    
    A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
     
    Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the request for proposals process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
