The consultant is to provide multi-disciplinary, architectural and engineering services in order to undertake carbon neutral studies with the intent of determining the best future investment strategy for North Atlantic Fisheries Centre (NAFC) and Joseph A. Ghiz (JAG) buildings. The studies shall provide options which will focus on the improvement of buildings energy efficiency, the reduction of GHG emissions, sustainability and health and wellness of the occupants.
