    Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC, officialy PWGSC) intends to retain a Prefessional Engineering Services through Heavy Civil Supply Arrangement(E0225-141687. The principal objective of this project is to undertake vulnerability and risk assessment of six ferry terminals (Digby, Saint John, Caribou, Wood Islands, Souris and Cap-Aux-Meules), the confederation bridge and two airports (Wabush and St. Anthony's) to climate change and associated weather related impact. For example, coastal and marine infrastructures of the asset being studied are vulnerable to sea level rise, increased storm activities and changing wave climate. The study shall identify the infrastructure components of these assets/sites that may be at risk of failure, damage, and loss of service and/or deterioration due to any changing climate or extreme weather events.
