Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires
proposals from Engineering Consultants for professional services
required for construction and contract administration at Port au
Choix, Newfoundland. 
Four firms are invited under the Marine Engineering speciality
services in Newfoundland and Labrador in accordance to Heavy
Civil Engineering Supply Arrangement #E0225-141687/A 
List of firms invited in no particular order via e-mail are as
follows:

3) CBCL 
4) AFN Engineering Inc.
