Public Services and Procurement Canada intends to retain Professional Electrical Engineering Services through the Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Supply Arrangement (E0225-150564). The principal objective of this project is to produce a carbon neutral study for the Murray Building, BIO, Dartmouth, NS.
