CBO Drilling Investigation

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is seeking proposals from consultants for professional services required to conduct drilling investigations to identify an appropriate thickness of rock cover below which workings will be considered long-term stable and do not require rehabilitation. The investigation targets are distributed geographically and across the various coal seams that were mined across Cape Breton Operations (CBO) properties in Cape Breton, NS.

Three firms are invited under the Geotechnical Engineering Specialty services in Nova Scotia in accordance to Heavy Civil Engineering Supply Arrangement #E0225-141687.List of firms invited in no particular order via e-mail are as follows:

1) Englobe Corp
2) Meridian Engineering Inc
3) Golder Associates Limited.
