Public Services and Procurement Canada on behalf of Department of Fisheries and Oceans Small Craft Harbours (DFO-SCH) has a requirement for  furnishing of all materials, tools, equipment and labour required to perform breakwater reconstruction at Finlay Point, Nova Soctia as specified and identified on the attached plans and Specification Job NO.R.106583.001
