    This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number EC016-210319/A dated 2020-07-16 with a closing of 2020-07-30 at 02:00 PM (ADT). A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.
    
    
    REQUIREMENT:
    
    PSPC is seeking proposals from consultants for professional services required to provide a Building Condition Assessment for Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) buildings within the following locations; Charlottetown R&D Centre, Charlottetown and Harrington Research, Harrington, PEI.  This BCA will identify the condition of the building elements and recommend actions needed to maintain the assets in operational condition during the next 25 years. 
    
    Proponents must meet the Mandatory Technical Requirement. Failure to meet the mandatory technical requirements will render the proposal as non-responsive and no further evaluation will be carried out. 
    
    This procurement will be forwarded to five (5) pre-qualified proponents in the Architecture specialty for a bid period of not less than fifteen (15) days as stipulated in Supply Arrangement E0225-152290 - Architecture and Interior Design Services.  The prequalified proponents that are invited to bid for this requirement are as follows:

    3. MacFawn and Rogers Architects
    4. Wood Group
    5. Duffus Romans Kundzins Rounsefell Ltd.

Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.

    This RFP allows as appropriate and encourages Proponents to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their proposal electronically. Proponents must refer to GI16, Submission of proposal, and SRE 2, Proposal Requirements, for further information. Due to the nature of the bid solicitation, transmission of proposals by facsimile is not recommended for administrative reasons but offered to Proponents to provide an alternative opportunity in case of incompatibility or inability to transmit by epost Connect service.
