Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), has a requirement for upgraded facilities in St. John’s, NL to deliver services. PSPC is considering the development
of a new facility at the Federal Government White Hills property in St. John’s. PSPC is seeking proposals from consultants for professional services to evaluate the White Hills site with respect to feasibility and options for development to meet the needs of the CRA. This requirement is being procured under the provisions of the Heavy Civil Supply Arrangement (EB129-192368).
  

List of the pre-qualified firms under the Heavy Civil SA (EB129-192368) to be invited via email to bid on this requirement are as follows:

1. Dillon Consulting;
2. Design Point Engineering & Surveying; and,
3. AFN Engineering Inc.


This RFP allows and encourages Proponents to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their proposal electronically. Proponents must refer to GI16, Submission of proposal, and SRE 2, Proposal Requirements, for further information. Due to the nature of the bid solicitation, transmission of proposals by facsimile is not recommended for administrative reasons but offered to Proponents to provide an alternative opportunity in case of incompatibility or inability to transmit by epost Connect service.
