    PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
    
    Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO), has a requirement for the electrical upgrade of jetty shore power at the Bedford Institute of Oceanography (BIO) in Dartmouth, NS. 
    
    
    The Contractor must perform and complete the Work within 16 weeks of Award Notification.  
    
    
    SITE VISIT:
    
    No site visit has been scheduled. Before submitting a bid, it is recommended that bidders visit the site to review and verify the form, nature and extent of the work, materials needed, the means of access and the temporary facilities required to perform the Work. Interested bidders must obtain prior permission from the Departmental Representative before carrying out such site inspection. Permission requests may be emailed to ian.sceles@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca.  
    
    
    INQUIRIES: 
    
    All inquiries of a technical nature and all questions of a contractural nature are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority: Byron Kendell, byron.kendell@pwgsc.gc.ca, facsimile: (902) 496-5016. Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.
    
    The estimated cost of this procurement is between $100,001.00 - $500,000.00
