    PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
    
    Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of Fisheries and Oceans - Small Craft Harbours (DFO-SCH), has a Design, Build, Install and Operate requirement for a Dual Phase Extraction (DPE) System to recover light non-aqueous phase liquid (LNAPL) at the Kraut Point Small Craft Harbour (SCH) in Riverport, Lunenburg County, NS.   
    
    
    The Contractor must perform and complete the system design and installation within 10 weeks of Contract Award. Operation of the system is to commence upon installation and is expected to continue up to 31 March, 2023.
    
    
    SITE VISIT:
    
    No site visit has been scheduled as the area is accessible to the public.
    
    
    INQUIRIES:

Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.
    
    The estimated cost of this procurement is between $500,001.00 - $1,000,000.00
