This project was originally tendered under solicitation number EB129-220068. That solicitation was cancelled due to required changes to the drawings and solicitation document. 

Project Description:

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO), has a requirement for
construction of a fishway upgrade at the Morgan Falls Fishway located on the south bank of the LaHave River in New Germany, Lunenburg County,Nova Scotia.

The Contractor must perform and complete the Work within 14 weeks of Award Notification.

Site Visit:
No site visit has been scheduled. Before submitting a bid, it is recommended that bidders visit the site to review and verify the
form, nature and extent of the work, materials needed, the means of access and the temporary facilities required to perform the
Work. The gate will ONLY be open from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm on 14 June, 2021.

All inquiries of a technical nature and all questions of a contractural nature are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority:

Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.

The estimated cost of this procurement is between $100,001.00 - $500,000.00
