The work covered under this Standing Offer is for the annual
maintenance of the Sand Trap at Pointe Sapin, Kent Co., New
Brunswick and consists of excavating sand from the Sand Trap,
transporting and placing the sand on the beaches west of the
wharf structures.  Incidental maintenance items include sand
fences and broom sweeping the parking lot.  The period of the
Standing Offer will be for a two year period for the term of
2013-02-04 to 2015-02-03.  All work is to be performed in
accordance with the Specification forming part of the bid
document. 

The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following
cost category: $250,001.00 - $500,000.00 (HST extra).  Bid
security is not a requirement for this tender.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:  New measures related to Code of Conduct and

After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a
debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers.
Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority
within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their
offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in
writing, by telephone or in person.

Enquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no

that elect to base their bids on tender documents obtained from
other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely
responsible to inform the tender calling authority of their

for their bid.
