Requirement for the establishment of a Regional Individual
Standing Offer (RISO) for the supply and delivery of Adhesive
Foam Tape and Hot Melt Adhesive for Correctional Services Canada
(CORCAN) in  Dorchester, New Brunswick on an "as and when"
requested basis for the period of October 1, 2014 to September
30, 2015 with an option to renew for up to two additional 1 year
periods. A standing offer is an agreement and not a contract. 
Offerors should note that there is no guarantee that the full or
any amount of the standing offer will be called-up. Suppliers
will have an option to submit prices on both types of adhesives
or just one. More than one standing offer may be issued for this
requirement.

Delivery of all items MUST be made within three weeks from
receipt of a call-up against the Standing Offer.

The total estimated value of this agreement for both types of
adhesives is within the following cost category (based on the
first year plus two option years) is within the following cost
category: $100,001 to $250,000 (HST included).
