Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement
for the selective removal of existing chiller equipment and
associated electrical, mechanical, architectural and structural
components as well as the installation of a new chiller and
associated electrical, mechanical, architectural and structural
components including controls changes and commissioning.  The
location of the work is the Potato Research Centre, Fredericton,
New Brunswick.  All work is to be performed in accordance with
the plans and specifications for PWGSC Project Number
R.058863.001 forming part of the bid document.  The contract
completion is thirty-four (34) weeks after contract award.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
There will be an optional site visit on December 4, 2014 at
13:30 hours.  All interested bidders are to meet at the main
entrance of the Potato Research Centre, 850 Lincoln Road,
Fredericton, New Brunswick. Although not mandatory, all
contractors wishing to submit a tender for this work are
encouraged to attend to become familiar with all aspects of the
work.  It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of
the Bidder visit the work site and examine the Scope of the Work
required and the existing conditions.  Any clarifications or
changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit
will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation. Please
note that this will be the only site visit for this project. No
other site visits will be arranged during the tender period.
New measures related to Code of Conduct and certifications
included in the solicitation documents requires attention. 
A public bid opening will be held at the Bid Receiving Unit,
Room 405, 189 Prince William Street, Saint John, N.B. 
The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following
category: $ 750,001 - $1,000,000 (HST included).
