Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement
for the rehabilitation of five (5) bridges including the
replacement of bridge barriers and expansion joints as well as
the repair of deck drains, membrane drains, and concrete
girders, sidewalks, curbs, end blocks and substructure.  The
project also includes the repair of bridge slope grading and the
supply and placement of rip rap.  The location of the work is on
Highway 117 within the boundaries of Kouchibouguac National
Park, Kent Co., New Brunswick.  All work is to be performed in
accordance with the plans and specifications for PWGSC Project
Number R.071785.001 forming part of the bid document.  The work
is to be completed within twenty-four (24) weeks from contract
award.

New measures related to Code of Conduct and certifications
included in the solicitation documents requires attention. 
A public bid opening will be held at the Bid Receiving Unit,
Room 405, 189 Prince William Street, Saint John, N.B. 
The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following
category: $1,000,001 - $2,500,000 (HST included). Standard bid
and contract security for construction is required.
