    Maintenance and Repair of Fuel Dispensing, POL Containment Equipment and Excavation of Contaminated Materials, 5 CDSB Gagetown Base, Training Area and Armouries in N.B. and P.E.I.
     
    The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the establishment
    of a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO).  This Standing Offer is for the furnishing of all labour, materials, tools and equipment required to provide Inspection, Maintenance and Repairs to Fuel Dispensing and Petroleum Oil and Lubricant (POL) Containment Equipment and Removal of Contaminated Materials at 5 CDSB Gagetown Base and Training Area plus the Armouries located in New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island.  All work is to be performed in accordance with the Specification No. L-G2-9900-1710 forming part of the bid document.  The Contractor will be an established and licensed Petroleum Dispensing Equipment Installation and Maintenance Company with a minimum five (5) years’ experience in installation and maintenance of fuel dispensing equipment and removal of contaminated materials..  .  
    
    Work will be performed as and when requested, from  April 1, 2016 to March 31, 2018.  A standing offer is an agreement and not a contract.  Offerors should note that there is no guaranteee that the full or any amount of the standing offer will be called up.
    
    The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following cost category: $1,000,001 - $1,500,000 (HST included).  Bid security is not a requirement for this tender.
