The Department of National Defence (DND), CFB Gagetown, Oromocto, New Brunswick, has a requirement for the establishment of a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO).  

The work covered under this Standing Offer comprises the furnishing of all labour, materials, tools and equipment required to conduct electrical maintenance at 5 CDSB Gagetown when requested on Form CF 942, Call-Up Against A Standing Offer, and as specified herein.

The period of this Standing Offer Agreement is from 01 April 2017 to 31 March 2019.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following cost category:  $500,000 to $1,000,000 (HST extra).  Bid security is not a requirement for this tender.

All work is to be completed on an "as and when required basis".  Bidders should note that there is no guarantee that the full or any amount of the Standing Offers will be called up.

Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain tender documents through the Government Electronic Tendering System (GETS).  Addenda, when issued, will be available on GETS.
 
Firms that elect to base their bids on tender documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely responsible to inform the tender calling authority of their intention to bid.  

After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers.  Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

New measures related to integrity provisions included in the solicitation documents requires attention.
