    Removal of Bldg 39 Atlantic Institution, Renous, NB
    
    Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement for the demolition and removal of building 39 located at the Atlanctic Institution in Renous, NB. The project includes but is not limited to the demolition and disposal of all material removed, asbestos remediation and removal of underground services. All work is to be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications for PWGSC Project Number R.061893.001 forming part of the bid document. The Contractor shall complete the work before March 27, 2016.
    
    New measures related to integrity provisions included in the solicitation documentsrequires attention. A public bid opening will be held at the Bid Receiving Unit, Room 405, 189 Prince William Street, Saint John, NB. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $100,001 - $250,000 (HST extra). Standard bidand contract security for construction is required.

Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time torespond. Inquiries are to be made in accordance with SI03 - Enquiries during the Solicitation Period, under Special Instructions to Bidders in the solicitation document. Standard bid and contract security for construction is required.
