The work covered under this project consists of the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment and materials for Upgrades to the Existing East Breakwater and construction of a new West Breakwater, at Leonardville Harbour, Deer Island, Charlotte County, New Brunswick, in strict accordance with specifications and accompanying drawings subject to all terms and condition of contract.  The work includes but is not limited to; the Supply and Placement of Core material, filter and Armour Stone and geotextile fabric, and construction of a temporary access road.

The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work described in the specifications and plans for project number R.076190.003. The work is to be completed by August 31, 2018. 

The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $2,500,001 - $3,000,000 (HST excluded). Standard bid and contract security for construction is required.
