Harbour Improvements - Leonardville Wharf, Deer Island, New
Brunswick

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a
requirement for the furnishing of all labour, equipment,
hardware and materials for harbour improvements at the
Leonardville Wharf, Deer Island, New Brunswick. The work
includes, but is not limited to, the following: Removal,
disposal and placement of dimension timber. All work is to be
performed in accordance with the plans and specifications for
PWGSC Project Number R.058101.001 forming part of the bid
document. The contract completion is twenty-five (25) weeks
after contract award.

Under the Code of Conduct and Certification provisions, (refer
to GI01 of R2710T), Bidders should submit the following as part
of their bid: 
a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently
directors of the Bidder; 		
2.	a properly completed and signed Consent Form, for each
individual named in the aforementioned list
A public bid opening will be held at the Bid Receiving Unit,
Room 421, 189 Prince William Street, Saint John, N.B.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following
cost category:  $100,001 to $250,000. Standard bid and contract
security for construction is required.

Bidders in the solicitation document.

Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and
downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard
paper version. Bidders should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1)
contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which
consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized
directory structure.

Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain
tender documents through the MERX services provider.  Addenda,
when issued, will be available from the MERX provider.  Firms
that elect to base their bids on tender documents obtained from
other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely
responsible to inform the tender calling authority of their
intention to bid.

incorporated by reference, and form part of the tender and
contract documents.  The standard documents are issued by Public
Works and Government Services and may be viewed on the MERX
electronic bulletin board as part of the information module.
