    Harbour Dredging - Escuminac, New Brunswick
    
    Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement
    for the harbour dredging at Escuminac, New Brunswick. The work
    consists of, but is not limited to, the following: Relocating
    dry spoils at Loggie's Pit and spreading the material at a
    designated site, excavating the existing containment cell to
    elevation 0.0m, transporting the material to Loggie's Pit, land
    based dredging of the labour, transport material to the
    containment cell in Escuminac, Kent County, New Brunswick. C/W
    all restoration at the wharf and pit, security and environmental
    works. All work is to be performed in accordance with the plans
    and specifications for PWGSC Project Number R.067893.001 forming
    part of the bid document. The contract completion is six (6)
    weeks after contract award.
    
    New measures related to Code of Conduct and certifications
    included in the solicitation documents requires attention. 
    A public bid opening will be held at the Bid Receiving Unit,
    Room 421, 189 Prince William Street, Saint John, N.B. 
    The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following
    category: $100,001 - $250,000 (HST extra). Standard bid and
    contract security for construction is required.

    and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior

    Inquiries are to be made in accordance with SI03 - Enquiries
    During The Solicitation Period, under Special Instructions To
    Bidders in the solicitation document. Standard bid and contract
    security for construction is required. 
    Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain
    tender documents through the Government Electronic Tendering
    System (GETS). Addenda, when issued, will be available on GETS. 
    Standard terms and conditions for this procurement are
    incorporated by reference, and form part of the tender and
    contract documents. The standard documents are issued by Public
    Works and Government Services and may be viewed at
    buyandsell.gc.ca. 
    This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in
