    Heating System Inspection and Repair - Newcastle, Bathurst &
    Campbellton Armouries, N.B.
    
    The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for
    the establishment of a Service Contract for the furnishing of
    all labour, materials, tools and equipment required to provide
    the following at Newcastle, Bathurst and Campbellton Armouries:
    Weekly heating plant operational inspection Newcastle, Bathurst
    and Campbellton Armouries
    Heating season system Start-up at all armouries;
    End of heating season system shut down at all armouries; and 
    Repair service, when requested, at all Armouries
     
    The Service Contract is for the period of April 1, 2015 to March
    31, 2016, with options available to extend the contract for two
    additional one year periods.  All work is to be performed in
    accordance with Specification Number L-G2-990/1650 forming part
    of the bid document.
    
    New measures related to Code of Conduct and certifications
    included in the solicitation documents requires attention. 
    
    The estimated cost (based on the Contract plus the two option
    years) for this opportunity is within the following cost
    category: $100,001 to $250,000. Bid security is not a
    requirement for this tender.
