Elevator Upgrade - Bathurst GOCB, New Brunswick

Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement
for elevator upgrades at the Bathurst GOCB located at 120
Harbourview Boulevard Bathurst, New Brunswick. The work includes
the provision of all labour and materials to modernize one 
traction freight elevator designated as P 626 including
permanent magnet overhead traction machines. The work also
includes the interconnection of Lift Net monitoring system to
existing three passenger elevating devices. All work is to be
performed in accordance with the plans and specifications for
PWGSC Project Number R.061512.004 forming part of the bid
document. The contract completion is forty-eight (48) weeks
after contract award.

New measures related to Code of Conduct and certifications
included in the solicitation documents requires attention. 
The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following
category: $250,0001 - $500,000 (HST extra). Standard bid and
contract security for construction is required.
