Reconstruction Structures 405 & 406, Savage Harbour, PE

Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement for reconstruction of a new wharf structure 405 and 406, located at Savage Harbour, Queens County, Prince Edward Island which includes but is not limited to:

- Relocation of existing fuel tank, fuel pumps, barriers, hoist, electrical, water and other services to allow construction of new wharf structure;
- Removal of existing wharf including concrete deck, treated pile caps, fender, wales, curbs, and other items as indicated at location of Work to limits and extents shown on plans;
- Provision for steel sheet piling, concrete anchor blocks, tie rods, steel wales, ladders, cleats, curbs, blocking, concrete deck, connection to existing wharf structures, and miscellaneous work related to the reconstruction;

The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work by March 31, 2017.

New measures related to Code of Conduct and certifications included in the solicitation documents requires attention.

A public bid opening will be held at the Cambridge Building, 3 Queen St., Charlottetown, PE  October 25, 2016 at 2:00 PM.

The estimatedcost for this opportunity is within the following cost category:  $250,001 to $500,000 (HST extra).  Standard bid and contract security for the construction is required.
