NOTICE OF OPTIONAL  SITE VISIT

It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site.  

The site visit will be held on Thursday, October 2, 2014 at
10:00am.  Contractors are asked to meet at the Dalvay
Administration Building Parking Lot, Dalvay Crescent, Dalvay,
PEI.

Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting
Authority 2 day(s) before the scheduled visit to confirm
attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will
attend.  Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance form. 
Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be
given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded
from submitting a bid.

Public Works and Government Services Canada, has a requirement
for a contract, which consists of the following:

Wastewater Repairs and Improvements - Lagoons - work includes:
remove sludge from existing lagoons,  modify existing lagoons
and construct a 3rd lagoon, modify piping system, install
perimeter fencing, upgrade 4 lift stations, construct a UV
Treatment Building, install SCADA equipment and system and
provide training.  

Water Repairs and Improvements - Water Treatment  - work
includes constructing an Ion Exchange Building, supply and
install an Ion Exchange system and associated work, site
grading, perimeter fencing, SCADA equipment and provide training.
Site of the work is the PEI National Park, Dalvay,  Prince
Edward Island.
The Contractor shall perform and complete the work by June 30,
2015.

All work is to be performed in accordance with the plans and
specifications for PWGSC Project Number R.065075.001 forming
part of the bid document.

The estimate for this opportunity is within the following cost
category:  $1,000,000.00 to $2,500,000.00.
