The work under this contract involves the supply of all labour, materials and equipment required for the reconstruction of Structure #403 at the Seacow Pond, PEI, as described in the project drawings and in the specification.

The work includes, but is not limited to:
• Demolition and removals.
• Construction of new timber pile wharf with a reinforced concrete deck.
• Construction of a timber Fender system.
• Supply and installation of steel curb, mooring holdfasts, tie-rods, ladders and other miscellaneous hardware.
• Remove existing electrical services and replace with new, light standards and associated work.

All work is to be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications for Project Number: - R.101411.001 forming part of the bid document.

Site of Work is at: Seacow Pond, Prince County, PEI

The estimate for this opportunity is within the following cost category:  $1,000,001 to $5,000,000 (HST extra).

The Contractor must perform and complete the work by December 13, 2019.
 
New measures related to integrity provisions included in the solicitation documents requires attention.

A public bid opening will be held at the Bid Receiving Unit, Sherwood Business Centre 161 St. Peters Road, Floor #2 Suite 204, Charlottetown, PEI.

Standard bid and contract security for construction is required.
