Public Works & Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a requirement for the furnishing of all labour,  supervision, tools, equipment and cleaning materials  required to provide building cleaning services at the Joseph A. Ghiz Building,  275 Pope Road, Summerside, Prince Edward Island.

NOTICE OF OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. The site visit will be held on Tuesday, April 26, 2022. Contractors are asked to meet at the Joseph A. Ghiz Building (Front Desk), 275 Pope Road, Summerside, PEI.  Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority no later then April 25, 2022 12:00pm to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend.The Contracting Authority will assign a specific time slot upon receiving the following Covid-19 Vaccination Policy for Supplier Personnel certification.  Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid.  Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.

The Service Contract is from June 1, 2022 to May 31, 2023, with an option to renew for two additional one year periods.
