Culvert Replacement - Terra Nova National Park, NL

Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement
for Culvert Replacement on the Trans Canada Highway in Terra
Nova National Park, NL.  The work will consist of, but shall not
be limited to, the excavation and removal of the old culvert,
the supply and installation of new culvert, excavation and fill
as required to facilitate new construction, supply and
installation of riprap, asphalt, new granular and rock fill,
temporary road signs, guiderail, line painting and all related
work.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site to ascertain the scope of the work. 
A site visit has been arranged for Tuesday, 31 July 2012 at
10:00 AM .  Bidders should meet on site at station 31+688 near
the park compound on the Trans Canada Highway in Terra Nova
National Park.

IMPORTANT NOTE TO BIDDERS:

With the introduction of the new Government Electronic Tendering
Service (GETS III), there are significant changes to the
standard Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC)
construction tenders.

Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of tender forms and
special instructions which are now available directly from the

Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and
downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard
paper version. Bidders should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1)
contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which

Addenda, when issued, will be available from the MERX service
