RISO Plumbing Repairs & Minor Alterations, DND Gander, NL

Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement for a Standing Offer for Plumbing Repairs and Minor Alterations at 9 Wing Gander, Department of National Defence, Gander, NL. This work will include the furnishing of all labour, materials, tools and equipment to provide these repairs and alterations.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Contractor is to provide proof of journeyman certificate.

Bidders must refer to General Instructions G2710T (2015-07-03) for the Integrity Provisions (Code of Conduct and Certification) applicable to this requirement.

The term of this Regional IndividualStanding Offer (RISO)will be 2 years from date of issuance, on an “as and when requested basis”.  Canada reserves the right to award to more than one contractor.  Individual call-up amounts will vary, up to a maximum of $25,000 (HST I).  A Standing Offer is an agreement andnot a contract.  Canada does not guarantee that the full amount, or that any amount, will be called up on any resulting RISO

Bidders must refer to section 01545 Safety Requirements of specification before performing any site inspection or preliminary work on site.
