Pre-Fabricated Building, Assembly and Construction, Northeast Newfoundland

Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement for Pre-fabricated Building Assembly including associated civil, structural, mechanical and electrical work.  This work is to occur at two remote sites Puffin Island and Green Island (Catalina) in Northeastern, Newfoundland.  The work shall consist of but not be limited to the supply and installation of a new concrete foundation, the installation of a new (Crown supplied) pre-fabricated building on the new concrete foundation, the completion of all interior and exterior works associated with the project and all other identified work.

Before submitting a bid, it is recommended the bidders visit the site and verify the form and nature of the work prior to submitting a bid.  Contact the PWGSC representative listed below to access site for review of existing accommodations.  Contractors, bidders or those they invite to site are to review specification Section 01 35 30 - Health and Safety Requirements before visiting the site and take all appropriate safety measures.

Bidders must refer to General Instructions G2710T (2017-09-21) for the Integrity Provisions (Code of Conduct and Certification) applicable to this requirement.
