    Request for Standing Offer for  Minor MarineWorks, Various
    Locations, NL
    
    Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement
    for the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment and materials
    to carry out wharf repairs in various locations on the island
    portion of the province.  Primarily for Transport Canada sites
    including Botwood, Charlottetown (Bonavista Bay) and Marystown,
    NL.
    
    The term for the standing offer is for a two year term, on an
    "as and when requested basis". A standing offer is not a
    contract.  The Crown reserves the right to award to more than
    one contractor.
    
    Bidders must refer to Standard Instructions - 2006 (2013-06-01)
    for the Code of Conduct and Certification provisions applicable
    to this requirement.
